Our Psychologists provide services under a number of available schemes as shown below:-
Medicare Referrals are made through your Doctor, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. You can be put under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHP) which is managed by the referring Doctor.
When you make an appointment to see your Doctor for a MHP please ask the Receptionist for an Extended Consultation with your Doctor so that all paperwork can be completed
You can access 10 individual sessions per calendar year and the Doctor must do a review with you after the 6th session. You are also entitle to 10 group sessions per calendar year in consultation with your Doctor and the Psychologist. These groups can be on a number of issues, e.g. Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management etc. Fees for Medicare Services are under the Fees section of this page.

Appointments can be made without any Doctors referral. You can ring our Receptionist (07-54989642) and make an appointment for yourself or a member of your family. If you have Private Health Insurance they may give a rebate on Psychological Services, you will need to check with them as to what your entitlements are.
Per Session $170 $120
Medicare Rebates $89.65 Nil
Full payment is due on the day of your consultation, and you will be able to claim your Medicare Rebate at the same time.
SELF REFERRAL: Fees as above (rebate from your Private Health)
OTHER REFERRALS: Paid by Relevant Organisation
FEES APPLY FOR NON ATTENDANCE OR LATE CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE FULL STANDARD FEE WILL BE REQUIRED = $170.00.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CANCEL WELL BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID PAYING A CANCELLATION FEE. This allows those on a waiting list to receive that appointment. An invoice will be sent to you to pay within 14 days for the outstanding fees. If you are unable to pay the full fee immediately an agreement for a Payment option can be set up. A further appointment will only be made when the payment is paid in full. We do understand that on occasion unforseen circumstances happen, please contact us as soon as possible.
